Heather Wolfson is the CEO and Lead Strategist of Maven Leadership Consulting, specializing in scalable training, coaching, and strategic consulting for emerging leaders and teams. With nearly 20 years of senior-level leadership experience, she is passionate about making a sustained impact. Previously, she held positions such as Chief Operating Officer for M2, Chief Program Officer at the Jewish Federation of San Diego County, Managing Director of the Avi Schaefer Fund, and Western Regional Director for Birthright Israel NEXT. Heather is known for her insightful and intuitive approach in problem-solving and helping clients succeed. She is also a skilled facilitator for organizations like BBYO, The Hive at Leichtag Commons, and the Jewish Federation of San Diego County. Heather holds undergraduate degrees in journalism and communication, an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, and is a Board Certified Coach. She serves on the boards of Congregation Beth Am, Force FC and Impact Cubed, residing in San Diego with her family.
