Jennifer Fishkin Kasner is the founder and principal of Shine Consulting, an advisory firm that seeks to provide strategic solutions and thought leadership to help create a better world. Her focus is on solutions that enable individuals and societies to shift their worldviews with a particular focus on antisemitism and emotionally violent behavior.
A seasoned entrepreneur, political scientist, and change maker. Jennifer has vast experience in social entrepreneurship. Jennifer founded a viral social media brand focused on harnessing the power of positivity that has amassed over 300K followers. Jennifer also co-founded a venture backed start-up focused on providing text-message based content to help users live their happiest, most mindful life.
Jennifer’s professional experiences also encompass leading a marketing consulting company, project management as a Vice President in Citi’s Anti Money Laundering Group, and Strategy Director at United Against Nuclear Iran.
A published author, Jennifer has written several academic works, including “Navigating the 21st Century: Combating Populism to Create a Positive-Sum International System,” “The Egyptian Uprising: A case Study in Intifadat and the Difficulty of Lasting Change,” and “Tunisia: The Role of Secularism.”
She received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University as well as her Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
